1 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout these Terms & Conditions unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the hot511 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Your acceptance is confirmed by any of the following actions:

• Clicking the "Register" or "Sign Up" button during the account creation process and confirming acceptance of these Terms;
• Logging into an existing hot511 Account after the effective date of any updated version of these Terms;
• Making any deposit to your Account or placing any wager on the Platform;
• Continuing to access or use the Platform in any capacity after these Terms have been published or updated.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, submit a request to close your Account to the hot511 support team.

3 Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on hot511, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. hot511 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement in compliance with its international operating licence conditions. Individuals under the age of 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on the Platform under any circumstances.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your use of online betting and gaming services is not prohibited by applicable local law. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to hold an Account.
• Single account: You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the Platform. hot511 permits a strict maximum of one Account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address range. Holding multiple Accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or a cooling-off period on the Platform or on any affiliated platform.

4 Account Registration

To register a hot511 Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. hot511 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must notify the hot511 support team immediately if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised.
• hot511 reserves the right to refuse an Account registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for the refusal.
• Accounts registered using false, inaccurate, or misleading information will be suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
• Transferring, selling, or assigning your Account to another person is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the hot511 platform are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). hot511 does not apply currency conversion fees for transactions conducted through supported Indonesian payment channels.

Supported deposit and withdrawal channels include:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment channel and Account tier; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.

hot511 processes the majority of e-wallet withdrawals within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within two to four hours during standard banking hours (08:00–21:00 WIB). Processing times may be extended during peak periods, national public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

hot511 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including proof of deposit and government-issued identity — before processing any withdrawal. The Platform may also impose temporary holds on withdrawals where suspicious activity or potential fraud is detected on an Account.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

hot511 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Each bonus is available to eligible Members once per account, per household, and per IP address range, unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
• Bonus funds are subject to a rollover (wagering) requirement that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Rollover requirements must be met within the time period stated on the promotion page. Uncompleted rollovers will result in the bonus funds and any associated winnings being removed from the Account.
• Wagers placed on certain game categories — including but not limited to Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live dealer baccarat at certain stake levels, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets — may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward rollover requirements. Contribution rates are detailed on the promotion page.
• hot511 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a Member's eligibility for a promotion if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or redeemed for cash outside of the applicable rollover process.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, casino games, card games, and other wagering products on the Platform are subject to their respective product-specific rules, which are published within each product's interface and constitute part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a product-specific rule and these Terms, the product-specific rule prevails with respect to that product only.

Key general betting and gaming principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member, except where the relevant sportsbook market permits a "cash out" or "edit bet" function.
• hot511 reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where a clear pricing error (palpable error) has occurred. The Member will be notified and the staked amount will be returned to their Account.
• Winnings from voided bets, suspended markets, or events cancelled before completion will be settled according to the applicable sportsbook settlement rules, which are published in the sportsbook help section.
• hot511's game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer action on verified live tables. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical failure mid-game — including disconnection, server interruption, or software error — hot511 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly. Where resolution is not possible, the staked amount will be returned to the Member's Account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hot511 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform to launder funds or facilitate any financial crime;
• Employing automated software, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from hot511;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any discovered vulnerability must be reported to hot511 support immediately rather than exploited;
• Colluding with other players in card games or any other multi-player product;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, inside-information betting, or arbitrage across multiple platforms;
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while attempting to disguise your location using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool.

9 Identity Verification (KYC)

hot511 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its obligations under its international operating licence. KYC verification may be requested at any point during a Member's use of the Platform — not solely at the time of withdrawal.

Documents that may be requested as part of the KYC process include:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM).
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the past three months and displaying your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A copy of the bank account or e-wallet interface showing your name and account number matching the payment channel used for deposits or withdrawals.
• Source of Funds: For high-value transactions, hot511 may request documentation establishing the legitimate source of funds being deposited or wagered on the Platform.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within seven (7) calendar days of the request will result in the Account being placed under review, with deposits and withdrawals suspended until verification is completed. hot511 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by delays resulting from a Member's failure to submit documentation promptly.

10 Responsible Gaming

hot511 is committed to providing a safe and responsible entertainment environment for all Members. Gambling carries inherent financial risk and is intended solely as a form of adult entertainment — not as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

Every hot511 Member has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on the total amount that can be deposited to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Configurable limits on the maximum net loss permitted over a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary self-imposed break from Platform activity, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: A permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, applied immediately upon request and irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content published on the hot511 platform — including but not limited to the hot511 brand name, logo, trademarks, service marks, software, interface design, text, graphics, images, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hot511 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without prior written consent from hot511;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Platform's software or technology;
• Using the hot511 brand, name, or logo in any commercial context without prior written authorisation;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or design elements.

12 Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hot511 excludes all liability for:

• Any financial losses, damages, or costs arising from a Member's use of the Platform, including gambling losses, which are accepted by the Member as an inherent risk of participation;
• Interruptions to Platform availability resulting from scheduled maintenance, emergency system work, Force Majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Member's Account where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security over their login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party financial institutions, including Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) or e-wallet providers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja);
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if hot511 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits hot511's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

hot511 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage;
• hot511 has reasonable grounds to suspect the Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• The Member is found to be under the age of 21;
• The Member holds or has held another Account on the Platform in violation of the single-account policy;
• The Member's continued use of the Platform poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to hot511;
• The Member has requested self-exclusion or a cooling-off period under the Responsible Gaming provisions.

Members may voluntarily request Account closure at any time by contacting the hot511 support team. Upon closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining in the Account (net of any Bonus Funds that have not cleared their rollover requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hot511 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account balance pending investigation. Any funds determined to have been obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited in full.

14 Amendments to Terms

hot511 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, hot511 will provide reasonable notice to active Members via email or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the change.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hot511 holds its international operating licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Members must first exhaust hot511's internal complaints procedure, which operates as follows:

• Step 1 — Initial Complaint: Submit a written complaint to the hot511 support team at [email protected], setting out the nature of the dispute, the relevant Account details, and the resolution you are seeking. hot511 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (WIB).
• Step 2 — Investigation: The hot511 complaints team will investigate the matter and provide a written response within seven (7) business days of acknowledgement. Complex matters may require up to 28 days; the Member will be kept informed of progress.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If the Member is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints procedure, the matter may be escalated to the relevant alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body nominated by hot511's licensing authority.

hot511's decision following the completion of the internal complaints procedure is final and binding with respect to all matters falling within the Platform's operational discretion, including but not limited to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and Account security determinations.
